the Carole Spiers Group, an international stress management and wellbeing consultancy, I’ve been inspiring leaders to cultivate resilience
and build rapport with their teams all my professional life.

In my experience, a healthy workplace culture thrives when organisations are resilient and place emphasis on the importance of effective communication. As part of my work with leaders, I also coach chief executives and other members of the C-suite team on dealing with challenges and change.
