Throughout my career, I have focused on addressing work-related stress by training leaders to communicate effectively with their employees. My aim is to improve the health and mental wellbeing of both leaders and their teams through these efforts. Additionally, I teach leaders how to develop a structured approach to foster a healthy culture within their organisations.
As CEO of CSG, an international stress management and wellbeing consultancy, I am committed to educating business leaders on techniques that enable them to thrive under pressure. Moreover, I provide them with the necessary tools to enhance their leadership skills and foster their employees’ resilience and adaptability.
As a motivational speaker, I have delivered keynote addresses at international conferences across the UK, Europe, MENA, and Asia-Pacific, covering topics such as stress, resilience, bullying and wellbeing.
Additionally, I have authored several books on workplace stress and serve as an expert commentator on stress management for major broadcast media channels such as the BBC, ITV, LBC, and Sky.
I am especially proud of founding National Stress Awareness Day in 1998, which later evolved into International Stress Awareness Week in 2018. Moreover, I am a Fellow and past President of the London Chapter of the Professional Speaking Association, a distinction that reflects my commitment to sharing my expertise and contributing to the speaking community.
