Carole Spiers MBE is deeply proud and humbled to have been awarded a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2026 King’s Birthday Honours for services to stress management and mental health. This recognition reflects her lifelong mission to champion wellbeing in the workplace.
